Real Effects Sdn Bhd (Formally known as Go Fusion Sdn Bhd) was established in 2005 to head start the development of educational multimedia content. The company has undertaken various projects to develop quality e-learning solutions and courseware for both the government and private sectors. Its clientele include MIMOS Berhad, Maybank Berhad, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Defence and many more. With those accomplished projects, the company continued to explore new content business areas such as educational game, multimedia content for the blind and mobile content.
Today, the company provides a wide-ranging variety of multimedia content development services that blends education and entertainment including film making, animation and visual effects to complement learning materials. Among others, the company advocates technology driven Education and Entertainment and “Education Should be Fun” concept.
In 2006, the company ventured into animation production. With its competent and skillful animation team, the company has since accomplished many animation projects such as “Sarjana Muslim” 30 episode series shown on TV9 during Ramadhan in 2007 and 2008; “Sirah Anbiyaa” 30 episode series shown on TV9 in 2006 and “Wira Merdeka” 31 episode series of short animation shown on TV3 in 2007.
The company has also recently completed a project for Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO), showcasing the works of eminent Malaysian cartoonist Datuk Lat. The latest major 3D animation project completed the 13 episode animation series “IBN BATUTTA – Adventures of a Great Traveler”. The series will be sold to both local and international market.
RESB’s core expertise includes motion and concept design, visual effects, animation and post production. The company’s concept department is highly able to package, revamp, animate and create outstanding design/concepts not only for the screen but also for printed promotional items and packaging. The company has worked on various projects ranging from channel idents to feature film design packages. The creative and technical team works with meticulous attention to details through concept art, storyboarding, previsualisation, on set supervison and all the way through post production.
